Boy was I hungry. So I decided to try this place out. The spicy cucumber salad was awesome. The tea was really good. The service was good. The rice and chicken was the best thing here.

Located in The Palms, this is a great place for dim sum. I love being able to try a variety of items, and each plate is big enough to share with a date or a friend. :) I echo all the praise for the bbq pork bun, it was delicious. I also recommend the pan-fried noodles and the shrimp dumplings. The "lovely lychee" martini is equally fantastic. We were able to be seated in the bar area, on a busy Saturday evening, within minutes. Service was efficient and attentive. The ordering process is so simple - literally a pencil and paper. While located right on the casino floor, it has its own hip aesthetic and feels like an independent restaurant. I enjoyed my experience there very much.

Such a great restaurant inside of the Palms hotel. It is such an open space, bright, and modern. The service is speedy and friendly. All of our food was steaming and tasty. We tried everything from dumplings, noodles to the wonton soup.

As someone who eats dim sum probably 3-4 times a month, I was excited to see the difference between Michelin-rated dim sum. I'm highly impressed by the quality of the ingredients for the price of each dish. Our server was fun and had good recommendations for us too. We got all the classics - siu mai, hargow, rice rolls, turnip cakes, chicken feet, and pork spareribs. Everything was delicious but my favorites from these were definitely the chicken feet, shrimp rice rolls, and hargow. Chicken feet were super soft and perfectly seasoned and shrimp dishes had a nice balance of shrimp with thin wrappings. My favorites from the unique dishes were truffle and scallop siu mai, chicken wings, and braised beef noodles. The truffle siu mai and chicken wings were on their specials menu, so I'm not sure if they'd be available forever but definitely try 1 or both if you can! The braised beef was really tender and flavorful but the noodles were just plain. I'd skip the beef meatballs which were nothing special, the bbq pork buns which many people said were good but unless you enjoy very sweet food, the sweetness of the buns will overpower the good points like how soft the actual bun is. Overall, I'd definitely recommend trying this place! I'm already thinking about coming back .
